professional apprentice program

The classical compass method consists of a one year program of 10 weekends of intensive study per year. There will be several intensive programs during the week for the design professional. Most, if not all sessions will be video taped for those unable to attend in person.

purpose

The purpose of this program is to provide technical compass instruction that will help dedicated individuals to become qualified classic traditional consultants with a technical support system. Feng shui is an ancient Asian oral tradition and almost demands a teacher/student (Si Fu/grasshopper) relationship to achieve optimum success. This year long program qualifies you in the compass method. The Black Sect Tantric Buddhist spiritual method, offered here again next year, is a program highly recommended, but not covered in this program.

instruction

Professional training by Pam Kai Tollefson, Midwest consultant since 1992, would provide the majority of instruction and would occasionally bring in colleagues, and specialists in related fields that could provide an expanded view to the curriculum.

participation

Apprenticeship program includes group sessions, mentoring and review conversations,and project assignments. The individuals accepted into this program are expected to be self motivated and able to do independent study. To apply, submit a personal statement to introduce yourself include your background and purpose and your experience and interest in feng shui. Please include your birth date, time and place and what you think this program will offer you and what your participation in the group will offer others in the program. The fee for the program is $2100. This may be paid quarterly.

I M P O R T A N T

While the training is geared to developing feng shui professionals, other individuals drawn to this course of study may choose to incorporate these teachings into other dimensions of life and in other professions such as health care, homemaking , psychology, counseling, designing in any field.
